Tortoiseshell Candy is a dish introduced in Cooking Mama 3: Shop & Chop. A variation of this recipe, Lollipop Candy is available in Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop.

Known in Japan as bekkō-ame, this unflavored hard candy is made from sugar that is boiled in a pot and molded. The natural colors and shape make this candy resemble the shell of a tortoise.

Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop[]

In this game, the player can make Lollipop Candy, which is similar to Tortoiseshell Candy, aside from using pulled sugar, spiral shape, and customizable colors, as well as adding a stick and an optional bow.
