Cooking Mama Wiki

Tofu is a dish introduced in Cooking Mama: Cook Off. It is also available in Cooking Mama 5: Bon Appétit!

Info[]

Tofu is a healthy and versatile ingredient/dish made from curdling soy milk. It barely contains anything else in it and its various degrees of firmness can be used for multiple dishes and categories such as soups, main courses, or even dessert. Tofu appeals to vegetarian and vegan practitioners, as tofu does not use any form of animal products.

In the Cooking Mama series, the plating of tofu closely resembles hiyayakko, the practice of eating cold tofu. Toppings for hiyayakko typically include bonito flakes, grated ginger, green onions, and soy sauce.
