Sweet Potato Jelly is a new recipe introduced in Cooking Mama 4: Kitchen Magic.

This is based on imo yōkan, a jellied dessert that, while it originally is made from red bean paste, uses a sweet potato puree instead. The puree would then be chilled and molded for a rich, Japanese treat.
