Squid with vegetables cooked via a French method known as en papillote (al cartoccio in Italian), which wraps up the ingredients inside a parcel made of parchment paper or aluminum foil. The parcel can then be grilled or baked. Adding butter and/or seasoning inside the ingredients before wrapping can add a lot of flavor into the dish and because the parcel is airtight, opening it after cooking will release a lot of pleasant aromas.
