Kebab is a dish introduced in Cooking Mama: World Kitchen.
Info[]
Kebab, in basic definition, refers to Middle Eastern grilled meat dishes. Although many are familiar with shish kebabs, Cooking Mama: World Kitchen has you make a doner kebab instead, which is made meat is roasted on a vertical spit, as opposed to the horizontal variant. The meat is shaved as it cooks and is served with vegetables. For this recipe, pita is used, a flatbread baked at high temperatures, causing a pocket to form inside that can be filled with the kebab meat.
This recipe has previously made an appearance in Cooking Mama 2: Dinner with Friends under the name Gyro.
