Description/Appearance[]

Steamed rice that is layered on seaweed and served as-is or adorned with various ingredients, then rolled into a cone-like shape. It is then eaten as is, or cut into slices and served on a plate.

This is based on temaki-zushi, one of many ways to prepare sushi.
