She has fair skin and dirty blonde shoulder-length hair with long bangs covering her eyes, adorned by a gold hat with red and black band. The only facial feature shown is an amused smile. She wears a gold trench coat adorned by brown belt, black shirt adorned by a red necktie, red pants, and black loafers.

- The German Friend is one of the few characters with colored eyes. The others are Kate, David, Albert, Ivan, Clara, Marco, English Friend, and Maylee. This is possible because her eyes are covered by her hair, and Maylee's eyes are always shown to be closed.
- She is the only friend whose eyes are never shown.
