French Beef Stew, otherwise known as Pot-au-feu, is a dish introduced in Cooking Mama 4: Kitchen Magic. A variation of the recipe appears in Cooking Mama: Let's Cook!.
Info[]
Pot-au-feu is traditionally a stew made with beef, vegetables, and spices. Many variations are made in France using local ingredients, but pot-au-feu made with pork tends to be on the receiving end of popularity.
In Cooking Mama 4: Kitchen Magic, the stew is made with sausages and vegetables via pressure cooking, a relatively quick method of cooking done by boiling a liquid inside a sealed pot. The steam increases the pressure and consequently, the temperature inside the pot.
