Beef Stew is a recipe introduced in the original Cooking Mama, unlocked through the Beef Curry recipe. This recipe is also available in Cooking Mama: Let's Cook! and Cooking Mama: Cuisine.
Info[]
Beef Stew is a hearty mixture of solid foods and liquids, usually a gravy base or soup. The beef is stewed with carrots, potato, and sometimes celery and/or onion. Japanese beef stew in particular, is made using a rich demi-glace, which gives the stew much depth and gloss.
Sometimes beef stew is added to rice or noodles in the same way curry would be served.
